Sharing printers can be a piece of cake if you follow these quick steps. I believe this will work for 99% of the computes out there. A couple of prerequisites would be:

  • Make sure all computers are running Windows XP. Though it's sometimes possible, it's unlikely that the printer will share between a Windows 98 and Windows XP.
  • Also make sure all the computers connected to the network. An easy check for this is if they can access the internet.

It doesn't matter how many computers you want to share, just follow the steps 3-5 for each secondary computers.More ...

The Colonial Williamsburg Foundation recently launched a site called Principles of Freedom. It's beautifully designed and has many places where you can view original historical documents in detail. The site is based on timelines so you can trace the history from the initial declaration up to the formation of the constitution. A great resource on the beginnings of the American Revolution.
