]]> http://community.saugususd.org/egreenfield/weblog/911.html http://community.saugususd.org/egreenfield/weblog/911.html Thu, 12 Feb 2009 18:34:54 GMT Swattec Greenfield egreenfield I am not sure if it is just because what we are doing right now in the classroom but my classroom has really transformed into an independent study room when I am not doing directed instruction.  At any time of day students are working on My Access, doing research for Toastmasters, or doing web hunts or web quests.  Students are walking around sharing sites and information and no one has asked to play a game in many days.  I am very proud of them and really see learning going on above and beyond 4th grade standards.  It has really been amazing to watch.
